Course description::Il corso si articola in tre sezioni e si avvale di lezioni teoriche, seminari con presentazione e discussione di colloqui videoregistrati, esperienze di colloquio clinico guidate. Nella prima sezione il colloquio psicologico viene proposto nella sua problematicità e nella varietà dei criteri di definizione, attraverso i differenti orientamenti teorico-metodologici e clinici: cognitivo, psicodinamico, sistemico-relazionale, etologico. Le dimensioni relazionali, di comunicazione e linguistiche, sono approfondite nella specificità dei contesti di applicazione: intervista e colloquio di ricerca, colloquio clinico e processo diagnostico tra verità storica e verità narrativa, in rapporto con il ciclo di vita del soggetto (adolescenza, età adulta e vecchiaia) e con categorie psicopatologiche specifiche. Nella seconda sezione viene privilegiata l’area clinica. Particolare attenzione è riservata al momento del primo colloquio, al colloquio di restituzione e al colloquio motivazionale; al problema delle difese e dell’alleanza diagnostica e terapeutica esaminate attraverso l’uso di strumenti specifici. Gli ambiti di approfondimento clinico riguardano: i Disturbi di Personalità, la coppia (dinamiche e problematiche sessuologiche), la famiglia (crisi della famiglia, la famiglia malata). La terza sezione riassume gli obiettivi del corso: ogni studente dovrà essere in grado di condurre autonomamente un colloquio, di trascriverlo e di riferirlo ad un interlocutore che non vi ha assistito. Dovrà, dunque, conoscere i possibili tipi di registrazione o verbalizzazione del "che cosa" e del "come" emergenti nel processo del colloquio e quali sono le premesse, teoriche e metodologiche, del racconto clinico, dell’ascolto e del lavoro di interpretazione sui testi.
