Information:

1.) The president of the South China Normal University will send formal invitation letters to all of participants.
2.) Please send your arrival information (airline or train) to Heyong Shen at: psyhearter@gmail.com, we will meet the participants at the airport or train stations.
3.) Registration fee includes the three days meals, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and Banquet Meals.
4.) Payment: All payment from non-PRC participants should be in Euros or equivalent US dollars. Bank Drafts should be made payable to    .
5.) Accommodations: The Pearl Island Hotel (4 stars hotel), Single €32.00/Person /Night.
6.) Post-conference travel: a full day of excursions to local Chinese Chan Buddhism sites will be planned.  This will include visiting the most important temples in the area, especially the Nahua Temple, famous as the home of the Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng.
