Dante’s Divine Comedy is not only a masterpiece of Italian literature, but also a universal, archetypal tale of the journey of individuation.
A conference to promote a Jungian interpretation of Dante’s symbolic journey is being organized for 2021, the 7th centenary of Dante’s death. The venue of this meeting will be Ravenna, Italy, the town where the great poet died and where Jung himself had a famous vision.
The event is being organized by the city government of Ravenna along with the local division of the Rotary Club.
The Conference will take place at the Palacongressi di Ravenna in Largo Firenze 1.
