1. If you are logged into the website as a member, within the ‘Member Dashboard’ tab you can edit your data and include any information you want to be available to your IAAP colleagues – eg telephone number and email.

2. A search by a logged in member in ‘View the Membership List and Database’ Directory will then bring up your name, country, Society and language spoken. If they also click on the ‘details’ tab to the left of your name they will be able to see any added details such as telephone number and email.

3. For members of the public (not logged into the site as an IAAP member) only those IAAP members who have actively opted to appear in ‘IAAP Analysts’ are displayed.

4. If you would like your information to be available to the public, go to the ‘Edit your data’ tab and at the bottom of the page check the box under the heading ‘Show information to public’. A public search will then bring up your first name, last name, country, city and, if available, website address. Lower down, under ‘address information for the public’, you can also add any further information you want to be available to the public such as an address or email.
