The purpose of this policy is to ensure institutional coherence, transparency, and equitable treatment of all Member Societies, while safeguarding alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).

Eligibility

Events eligible for publication must be organised by one of the following:

• The IAAP
• A recognised IAAP Member Society or Developing Group
• A third party with whom the IAAP maintains a formal and acknowledged collaboration
• Only international events are eligible and must have an announcement/flyer in English.

Relevance

Events must be directly related to the mission and professional field of Analytical Psychology. Eligible activities include international events in the following categories:

• Congresses and conferences

• Courses, workshops, webinars, and other academic or professional events

Submission Requirements

To be considered for publication, the organizing entity must submit a complete and accurate flyer in English containing all relevant information (dates, location or platform, organizers, speakers, language, registration details, and contact information).
The IAAP will publish the flyer as submitted and does not assume responsibility for editing, redesigning, or modifying its content.

Review and Categorisation

All submissions will be reviewed by the Chair of the Publications and Communications Sub-Committee to ensure compliance with this policy.
The Chair will determine the appropriate category under which the event will be published.

Right to Decline or Remove Publication

• The IAAP reserves the right to decline publication of events at the discretion of the IAAP administration, and
• to remove the advertisement after the event is over.

Disclaimer

The IAAP assumes no responsibility for the organisation, delivery, financial arrangements, cancellations, or any other obligations related to published events. All responsibility remains with the event organisers.
