Psychological aid for victims of the corona virus – in China, Italy and France

In China our colleagues have since January provided wide-spread psychological aid for victims of the corona virus. In March colleagues from Italy also organised extensive help-work, and such work is also now going on in France.

Dear Colleagues.

This issue of the IAAP Bulletin is dedicated to Art and Culture. Writing from Uruguay, I immediately think of Joaquín Torres García (1874–1949), our most internationally recognized artist and the creator of “Universalismo Constructivo”. For Torres García, art was fundamentally symbolic. Here his thinking resonates remarkably with C. G. Jung, for whom the symbol also points beyond what consciousness already knows.
